CANCELLATION POLICY

A charge of 30% (cost of service booked) cancellation fee will be applied if notified less then 48 hours of cancellation or no shows. Non refundable or transferable. Auto cancellation if late more then 15 mins. Will need reschedule appointment if you arrive to get a style not agreed to that will take longer than your scheduled appointment style. This will be considered a cancellation unless we agree to a similar style with in the time frame scheduled.
